We offer a wide range of Adhesives, Epoxy Systems, Grouts, Flooring Solutions, Primers, Coatings, and Composite Products for industrial and construction applications.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and expand the Madhya Pradesh market by identifying and acquiring new customers.
• Promote and sell industrial adhesives, epoxy, grouts, and composite products.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and drive business growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, builders, contractors, consultants, and industrial customers.
• Generate repeat business from existing customers.
• Appoint and develop new dealers/distributors across the assigned territory.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Prepare sales reports and participate in sales review meetings.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in B2B Sales, Industrial Sales, Construction Chemicals, Adhesives, Epoxy, Paints, Building Materials, or related industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Madhya Pradesh.
• Self-motivated with the ability to develop the assigned territory from the ground up.

• Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on interview performance and experience)
