Job Responsibilities Develop and expand the Madhya Pradesh market by identifying and acquiring new customers. Promote and sell industrial adhesives, epoxy, grouts, and composite products.Achieve assigned sales targets and drive business growth. Build and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, builders, contractors, consultants, and industrial customers. Generate repeat business from existing customers. Appoint and develop new dealers/distributors across the assigned territory.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.Prepare sales reports and participate in sales review meetings. Candidate Profile Experience in B2B Sales, Industrial Sales, Construction Chemicals, Adhesives, Epoxy, Paints, Building Materials, or related industries. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Willingness to travel extensively across Madhya Pradesh.Self-motivated with the ability to develop the assigned territory from the ground up.
