As a senior Accessories Designer at Gaurav Gupta Studio, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of the accessories line, merging couture craft with contemporary luxury. Conceptualizing and developing seasonal collections of bags and clutches in alignment with the GG design aesthetic
Managing the end-to-end product development process, from sketching and material sourcing to sampling and final production
Collaborating closely with vendors, artisans, and the creative team to maintain design integrity and quality standards
Researching global trends in luxury accessories and translating them into commercially viable, brand-relevant designs
Maintaining design documentation, tech packs, and development trackers
4 to 7 years of experience in accessories design within the luxury or premium fashion sector
A portfolio showcasing strong aesthetic sensibility and technical design skills
Previous experience working with luxury, couture, or premium fashion brands
Proficiency in design tools such as Illustrator and Photoshop, with a solid understanding of materials, construction, and finishing
Graduation from NIFT, NID, Pearl, Symbiosis, or an internationally recognized design institution (Parsons, Central Saint Martins, IED, Istituto Marangoni, RMIT, etc.) is preferred
