Area Marketing Manager-Ahilya Nagar

The role is responsible for driving Demand Generation planning and execution for the assigned region to achieve business growth and liquidation targets. The position focuses on market development, product commercialization, field activity execution, and team productivity enhancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive demand generation activities to achieve regional business and liquidation goals.
• Lead commercialization and launch execution of new products.
• Plan and manage regional budgets, resources, and field activities.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Brand, and Commercial teams on market strategy and portfolio positioning.
• Ensure effective implementation of demo plots, large plot demonstrations, and farmer engagement activities.
• Monitor field productivity and ensure adoption of digital reporting tools and activity tracking systems.
• Coordinate with marketing agencies for onboarding, training, and execution support.
• Mentor and develop field teams to improve performance and career growth.

Candidate Profile

• B.Sc./M.Sc. Agriculture; MBA preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience in Agrochemical/Crop Protection Sales & Marketing.
• Strong understanding of crop dynamics, demand generation, and market development.
• Experience in handling field sales/marketing teams.
• Good analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and field activity planning systems.
