Job Description

As a Business Development Manager at International School of Design (INSD), your role is crucial in driving growth and increasing admissions for the institute. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with schools, principals, and institutions, and promoting designing courses to boost revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage with schools, institutions, and educators interested in INSD's designing courses
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to increase admissions and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with teams to develop and implement marketing strategies and promotional activities
  • Achieve sales targets (admissions) and expand INSD's presence in the market
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends

Qualifications Required

  • MBA or equivalent with 3 to 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong relationship-building and networking skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable with targets
  • Preferably, from a book publication
