Job Title: Centre Sales Manager

Job Summary

The Centre Sales Manager will be responsible for driving admissions and revenue growth at the centre, while also contributing to overall centre development through effective sales strategies, lead conversion, and market outreach. The role requires a result-oriented professional who can manage end-to-end sales operations and build strong relationships with prospective students and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive student admissions and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for the centre
  • Handle end-to-end admission process: lead generation, counselling, follow-ups, and conversions
  • Develop and execute local marketing and sales strategies to increase brand visibility and footfall
  • Manage and guide the counselling/admissions team to ensure high conversion rates
  • Build partnerships with schools, colleges, and local institutions for student sourcing
  • Plan and execute promotional activities such as seminars, workshops, events, and education fairs
  • Monitor daily inquiries, walk-ins, and conversion metrics; maintain accurate reports and MIS
  • Ensure excellent student counselling experience by understanding course offerings (fashion, interior, graphic, etc.)
  • Identify new business opportunities and areas for centre growth
  • Coordinate with marketing and academic teams for campaigns and course promotions
  • Maintain relationships with enrolled students for referrals and retention

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
  • 4–8 years of experience in sales/admissions/education industry (preferred in EdTech or institutes)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and counselling skills
  • Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
