Job Description

We are looking to bring on a motivated Civil Engineer (Fresher) who is eager to start their career in the construction and engineering domain. The ideal candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a disciplined educational background from a convent school, and a basic understanding of proposal writing and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers in planning, designing, and executing civil engineering projects

• Support in preparing basic proposals, documents, and reports

• Coordinate with internal teams and clients through clear verbal and written communication

• Maintain project documentation and records

• Assist in site visits, quantity estimation, and basic technical tasks

• Follow company standards, timelines, and quality guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

• B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering

• Educational background from a Convent School (mandatory)

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills

• Basic knowledge of proposal writing or documentation

• Strong willingness to learn and grow in a professional environment

• Good organizational and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship experience in civil engineering, construction, or related fields

• Exposure to proposal writing, bidding documents, or project documentation

• Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and basic reporting tools
