Executive / Sr. Executive – Talent Delivery (US Staffing)
Location: Whitefields, Kondapur, Hyderabad
Shift: US Business Hours (Night Shift)
Experience: 1–2 Years We are looking for highly motivated professionals to join our growing Talent Delivery team supporting strategic staffing operations for the US market. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with consultants, clients, and implementation partners for ongoing staffing requirements
Manage consultant engagement, interview coordination, submissions, and follow-ups
Build and maintain strong professional relationships across the staffing ecosystem
Work closely with internal delivery teams to support client fulfillment activities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong coordination and relationship management abilities
Prior experience in US staffing/recruitment/delivery support preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment
