We are expanding our international recruitment network and looking for ambitious recruitment partners, sourcing associates, and staffing professionals who want to grow with a fast-scaling startup ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates for open hiring requirements

• Work on recruitment and staffing requirements across industries

• Reach out to companies and hiring teams

• Generate recruitment leads and client opportunities

• Coordinate candidate screening and shortlisting

• Build relationships with recruiters, HRs, and hiring managers

• Help expand Collabify Space’s global hiring network

Requirements

• Good communication skills

• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, or sourcing platforms

• Understanding of recruitment or staffing workflows

• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Skills (Bonus)

• Prior staffing or recruitment experience

• Experience sourcing for IT or startup roles

• Existing HR/recruiter network

• Business development or outreach experience
