Graphic Designer Creative Marketing

Role Overview

Inizio is a global partner providing support to health and life science companies by offering a range of services including market research, strategy consulting, transformation consulting, and commercial benchmarking. As a Graphic Designer at Inizio, you will be responsible for designing and producing marketing materials to support various campaigns, events, and business initiatives. Your role will involve creating a wide range of assets such as social media graphics, event materials, posters, flyers, and more while ensuring all design work is consistent, on-brand, and delivered to a high standard. Collaboration with the marketing and brand team members across the global business is key to effectively deliver design projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce marketing materials to support campaigns, events, and business initiatives.
• Create various assets including social media graphics, event materials, posters, flyers, web graphics, internal communications, and reports.
• Format, maintain, and design PowerPoint presentations and Word documents using established brand templates.
• Apply a strong understanding of the Inizio brand to ensure consistency and high standards in all design work.
• Collaborate with marketing and brand team members to deliver design projects effectively.
• Manage multiple design requests while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications Required

• Approximately 4-5 years of experience in a graphic design role.
• Strong English communication skills for effective collaboration with a global team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Word.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a global team environment.
• Comfortable working to deadlines and adapting to shifting priorities.
• Bachelors degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Web Design, or a related creative discipline is required.
