About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer / Web Designer who can design websites, create slide decks, presentations, marketing graphics, and digital assets. The ideal candidate should have strong visual design skills along with hands-on knowledge of HTML, CSS, and React to create or support modern website interfaces.

This role is ideal for someone who can combine creativity, branding, and front-end implementation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design modern, professional, and user-friendly website layouts.
• Create responsive web pages using HTML, CSS, and React.
• Design slide decks, pitch decks, business presentations, and product presentations.
• Create digital graphics for websites, social media, email campaigns, brochures, and marketing material.
• Build and maintain reusable UI components in React.
• Convert Figma/design concepts into responsive web pages.
• Work on branding assets such as banners, icons, illustrations, templates, and visual elements.
• Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to understand design requirements.
• Edit and improve existing website designs, landing pages, and UI layouts.
• Create reusable templates for presentations, marketing creatives, and website sections.
• Stay updated with current design trends, UI/UX practices, and web design standards.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of graphic design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar design tools.
• Ability to create professional slide decks using PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote, or similar tools.
• Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
• Ability to convert designs into responsive React components.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles.
• Experience creating website banners, landing pages, social media creatives, and marketing graphics.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver polished designs.
• Ability to manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills and ability to understand business requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or Material UI.
• Knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Basic understanding of Git/GitHub.
• Experience designing SaaS websites, product landing pages, or corporate websites.
• Ability to create animations, micro-interactions, or motion graphics is a plus.
• Experience with design systems and reusable component libraries.

Qualification

• Bachelors degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Web Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate should be creative, technically sound, and detail-oriented. They should be able to design high-quality visuals and also implement website designs using HTML, CSS, and React. They should be comfortable working on both design and front-end development tasks.
