Role Description

This is a hybrid kolkata based parttime role for a Head of Media Production (Revenue Sharing) at THUK.Studio. The intern will oversee end-to-end media production processes, including conceptualizing, planning, and executing media projects.

Responsibilities will include working collaboratively to refine storytelling approaches, managing media production workflows, and ensuring high-quality results aligned with client requirements. The role also involves communicating with stakeholders and coordinating various creative team efforts to bring projects to successful completion.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Drama and Broadcasting, with an understanding of storytelling and visual media production principles

• Marketing and Public Relations knowledge to craft content that aligns with brand strategies and engages target audiences

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

• Creative mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams

• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools for creative and production workflows is a plus

• Strong sense of visual storytelling and need to have an eye for detail oriented vision for content

• Proficiency in camera handling, editing and cinematography is a must! Must have prior knowledge and access to camera!

• Background or interest in AI-driven creative production or media innovation is beneficial
