Job Description

As a Lead UX Designer at our company, you will be responsible for shaping AI-enabled product experiences, designing conversational, proactive, and context-aware workflows, driving end-to-end product design, influencing product direction through cross-functional partnership, conducting research and validation, ensuring quality, craft, and accessibility, and mentoring team members for their development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shape how AI capabilities show up and behave in the user experience by designing for trust, transparency, feedback, control, and safe use.
  • Design conversational, proactive, and context-aware workflows that respond to user intent, workflow state, and changing needs.
  • Drive design from discovery through execution across complex product areas, including problem framing, wireframing, prototyping, testing, and iteration.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and AI teams to shape requirements and guide design decisions, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business priorities.
  • Utilize research and product data to inform design decisions, validate designs through customer insight and testing, and refine AI-supported experiences based on user feedback.
  • Create scalable, accessible experiences with high clarity, usability, consistency, and craft, paying attention to interaction quality and visual detail.
  • Contribute to design quality through reviews, critique, and mentoring, supporting a culture of continuous improvement and modern design practices.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in UX, product design, or interaction design in enterprise environments.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex, scalable design solutions and shaping design direction.
  • Experience designing AI-enabled products or experiences requiring trust, feedback, control, and adaptive behavior.
  • Strong proficiency in design and prototyping tools, willingness to adopt new tools and techniques.
  • Excellent storytelling, presentation, and facilitation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
  • Bachelors or master's degree in HCI, Design, Computer Science, or related field.
