Pipeline Securities is developing Dr.Tracker, an outpatient data and recommendation engine that helps people living with chronic conditions manage their complete health profile. The product addresses the limitations of existing tools by focusing on real-life challenges that outpatients experience.

The company's mission is to empower patients with actionable information, reduce everyday stress, and make managing the complete health profile easier over time.

Role Description

This is a remote Marketing & Advertising Specialist role. The individual will plan, execute, and optimize marketing and advertising campaigns to increase awareness and adoption of Dr.Tracker.

Responsibilities

• Develop campaign concepts, write and refine ad copy, coordinate visual assets, and manage performance across digital channels such as social media (Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and Medium), search, and email.
• Closely monitor analytics, prepare performance reports, and make data-driven recommendations to improve conversion and engagement.
• Produce short-form video and demo content that drives engagement and conversions.

Qualifications

• 02 years in content marketing, social media, or growth. Strong beginners welcome.
• Proficient writing skills and a sharp sense of storytelling, timing, and audience.
• Hands-on experience growing an organic channel (video, newsletter, brand, or community).
• Self-directed and comfortable owning outcomes in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.
• Public Relations and Communication skills to craft clear, empathetic messaging and manage brand presence across channels.
• Proficiency with advertising and analytics tools (e.g., Google Ads, social media ad platforms, web analytics) and A/B testing.
• Experience in health-tech, healthcare, or patient-focused products is preferred but not required.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
