Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth for our architectural and interior projects. The role involves field sales, client meetings, site visits, lead generation, and converting prospective clients into successful projects. The candidate should have strong communication skills and experience in handling sales activities within architecture, interior design, construction, or related industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through field visits, referrals, direct marketing, and online channels. Meet prospective clients and understand project requirements. Conduct site visits and coordinate with clients for project discussions. Present company services related to Architecture, interiors, and turnkey solutions. Follow up with clients and convert inquiries into business opportunities. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Coordinate with internal design and execution teams. Support proposal sharing, cost discussions, and project closure. Conduct market research and identify business opportunities. Promote company services through marketing activities. Maintain reports on leads, client meetings, and sales conversions. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business development.

Preferred Candidate Profile: - 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing into related field mentioned below. Experience in architecture, interior design, construction, or real estate industry preferred. Strong field work experience. Good communication in English, Telugu, and Hindi preferred. Ability to travel for client meetings and site visits. Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
