Responsibilities
Automate and implement improvements for Salesforce application release processes.
Lead and enforce CI/CD best practices across development teams.
Manage the change control process, production backups, and sandbox refreshes.
Govern the release lifecycle, including version control, branching, and code merges.
Package and deploy custom configuration and code.
Required Skills
4 years of experience in DevOps, release management, or software development.
Hands-on experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitLab, or Jenkins.
Proven expertise in Salesforce development lifecycle models.
Strong understanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment workflows.
Experience with Salesforce development and release management.
Ability to produce technical writing and documentation.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
