Build effective and strong relationships with major specifiers and influencers of the region.
Achieve regional business development targets enabling the region to achieve overall sales targets.
Liaison with specifiers and influencers resulting in approvals of the entire range of products with them.
Provide all techno-commercial support to the professional sales team during the pre-sales stage.
Generate and update the regional databank of specifiers and influencers.
Identify and meet new projects in the region enabling enquiry generation.
Design and organize local promotional strategies through participation in exhibitions/seminars/specifiers and influencer meets, etc.
Channelize focus in establishing new products with specifiers, influencers and large customers of the region across all segments.
Monitor and review sales and contribution of new products to the overall sales of the region.
Co-ordinate and liaison with all internal stakeholders like sales, technical support, marketing, etc. to provide relevant and customized solutions to the customer.
Develop the regional specification team in understanding customer requirement and providing relevant solution.
