Job Purpose

Support core marketing and sales operations for copper products by executing financial, compliance, and documentation activities with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring operational efficiency and strong customer experience.

Supporting Actions

Receivables & Documentation Support

• Manage receipt and accounting of customer remittances through virtual accounts, direct payments, and LC realizations.
• Ensure accurate updating and tracking of TDS under Section 194Q in customer remittances, maintaining compliance and proper accounting in the system.
• Record receipts accurately and apply to corresponding invoice entries.
• Ensure timely collection of invoice amounts financed under Channel Finance by coordinating with channel finance partners and monitoring due dates
• Communicate LC?related advisories to customers as required.
• Verify new Bank Guarantees (BGs) and monitor renewals to

prevent expiry?related risks.

• Update validated BG information in the ERP and notify relevant

stakeholders.

• Share all credit notes/debit notes/ Statement of Accounts to customers
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve all reconciliation items immediately

Legal Compliances

• Ensure Timely filing of Monthly and Annual Returns of Profession Tax.

MIS

• Reports on Overdue on customer bills outstanding.
• Reports on non-moving stock.
• Reports on TDS U/194Q

Risk Management

• To Mitigate Pricing risk, Regular Monitoring of PBND, DBNP needs to be done.

Other Areas

• Participate in scheduled quarterly inventory verifications.
• Assist with bank reconciliation activities.
• Provide operational support during team member absences to ensure continuity of work.
