Key Responsibilities

  • Design enterprise product experiences with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field
  • Showcase a diverse range of experiences through an online portfolio
  • Utilize Figma to create low to high fidelity prototypes and mockups
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Influence day-to-day design and research work effectively
  • Balance needs of concurrent projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Understand and leverage user experience research to enhance product experiences
  • Utilize AI tools to improve outcomes, with the ability to quantify AI impact and follow relevant safeguards and compliance practices
  • Advocate for user experience in defining and prioritizing themes across UX and engineering teams
  • Maintain and evolve design systems, with knowledge of current web-based technologies and frameworks to inform design decisions

Qualifications Required

  • Minimum of 5 years designing enterprise product experiences
  • Online portfolio demonstrating wide-ranging experiences
  • Professional knowledge of latest interaction patterns for web, user-centered design process, design principles, and techniques
  • Experience using Figma to create low to high fidelity prototypes and mockups
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to balance needs of concurrent projects and work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience understanding the value of, collaborating with, and leveraging user experience research
  • Examples of AI tools usage to improve outcomes and ability to quantify AI impact
  • Proficiency with approaches to AI usage and practice following relevant safeguards and compliance practices
  • Master's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience (preferred)
