We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to manage end-to-end human resource operations in a hospital environment. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of hospital HR practices, employee management, recruitment, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for doctors, nurses, paramedical staff, and non-clinical employees.
Handle onboarding, joining formalities, employee documentation, and induction.
Manage attendance, leave records, duty rosters, shift coordination, and manpower planning.
Coordinate payroll processing, salary inputs, and employee records.
Oversee applicable statutory compliance, including PF, ESIC, and other labour-law requirements.
Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and staff engagement.
Manage performance appraisals, probation, confirmation, and exit formalities.
Maintain HR MIS, employee master data, recruitment trackers, and monthly reports.
Coordinate with HODs and hospital management to address staffing and HR requirements.
Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee-handbook processes.
Support retention initiatives, training, and a positive workplace culture.
Graduate or postgraduate in HR, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare organisation.
Good understanding of hospital staffing requirements and HR operations.
Working knowledge of payroll coordination, PF, ESIC, and applicable statutory compliance.
Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and team-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and HR documentation.
