building a distinctive brand through innovative products, strong branding, and
a focus on content and community.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Production
Management: Coordinate daily production and packaging activities to
ensure targets are achieved efficiently.
- Quality
Checks: Conduct regular quality checks on raw materials, SFG, and FG to
ensure consistency and compliance with quality standards.
- Food
Safety & Hygiene: Ensure proper sanitation, hygiene, and adherence
to FSSAI guidelines and food safety protocols.
- Inventory
Management: Monitor raw material availability, maintain healthy stock
levels, and inventory movement to avoid production delays.
- Packaging
& Dispatch: Ensure proper packaging, labeling, product quality,
and timely dispatch of finished goods.
- Documentation
& Reporting: Maintain production records, quality inspection
reports, inventory data, and operational documentation.
- Process
Improvement: Identify operational issues, minimize wastage, and
suggest improvements in production efficiency.
- Team
Coordination: Coordinate with production, procurement, warehouse, and
quality teams to ensure smooth operations.
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- 1–3
years of experience in operations, preferably in food manufacturing or
FMCG.
- A
degree or diploma in Food Technology, Food Science, Engineering, or a
related field.
- Basic
knowledge of quality control, food safety, hygiene, and FSSAI standards.
- Understanding
of production processes, inventory management, and packaging operations.
- Strong
attention to detail, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- A
proactive individual who takes ownership and maintains high operational
standards.
