QA Automation Engineer

You will be instrumental in ensuring the reliability, performance, and user-friendliness of our cutting-edge AI-powered software, mobile apps, and web applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust automation test frameworks and scripts for web, mobile (Android/iOS), and API applications.
- Execute automated test suites, analyze results, and identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies using appropriate tools.
- Collaborate closely with development, product, and project management teams throughout the Agile SDLC to ensure quality at every stage.
- Integrate automation tests into CI/CD pipelines to facilitate continuous testing and deployment.
- Contribute to the overall test strategy, test plans, and test cases, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
- Research and implement new testing tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct performance and scalability testing as needed to ensure optimal application speed and responsiveness.
Required Qualifications/Skills
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a QA Automation Engineer, with a strong portfolio of automated testing projects.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, C#) for test automation.
- Extensive experience with industry-standard automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, Cypress, Appium).
- Solid understanding of API testing tools and methodologies (e.g., Postman, Rest Assured).
- Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, essential for our Agile environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with testing AI/ML-driven applications or LLM AI Agent Development projects.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their impact on testing strategies.
- Familiarity with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter).
- Experience with various databases (SQL/NoSQL) and writing SQL queries.
