As a  Senior Flutter Developer, you will be a key member of our team. You will create responsive, high-performance user interfaces and work closely with backend teams to deliver seamless product experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Build scalable, reusable, and responsive UI components for Android and iOS.
• Integrate REST APIs, JSON, and third-party APIs/SDKs.
• Implement state management using BLoC, Provider, Riverpod, GetX, or similar frameworks.
• Design and maintain clean and scalable application architecture.
• Implement local data storage using SQLite, Hive, SharedPreferences, or similar technologies.
• Integrate Firebase and third-party services.
• Troubleshoot bugs and optimize application performance.
• Implement push notifications, deep linking, authentication, and other mobile features.
• Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-structured code.
• Perform code reviews and follow development best practices.
• Work with Git/GitHub/GitLab for version control.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and project teams.
• Participate in application testing, deployment, and release activities.
• Mentor junior Flutter developers and provide technical guidance.
• Stay updated with the latest Flutter, Dart, Android, and iOS technologies.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of professional experience in Flutter development.
• Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart.
• Strong understanding of Flutter widgets, layouts, navigation, and lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with:
  • StatefulWidget & StatelessWidget
  • Custom Widgets
  • ListView & GridView
  • Navigation & Routing
  • Forms & Validation
  • Responsive UI
  • Animations
• Strong experience with REST APIs, JSON, HTTP methods, and API integration.
• Hands-on experience with BLoC, Provider, Riverpod, GetX, or similar state management.
• Good understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
• Experience with Git/GitHub/GitLab.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Architecture & Performance

• Experience with Clean Architecture, MVVM, or similar architectural patterns.
• Ability to design scalable and maintainable Flutter applications.
• Understanding of modular development and reusable components.
• Experience optimizing application performance, memory usage, and startup time.
• Knowledge of asynchronous programming, Future, async/await, and Streams.
