As a  Senior React Native Developer, you will be a key member of our team. You will create responsive, high-performance user interfaces and work closely with backend teams to deliver seamless product experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
• Build scalable, reusable, and maintainable components and application architecture.
• Work extensively with JavaScript/TypeScript, React Hooks, Functional Components, and modern React Native practices.
• Implement complex navigation flows using React Navigation.
• Manage application state using Redux, Redux Toolkit, Zustand, Context API, or similar solutions.
• Integrate REST APIs, GraphQL, third-party APIs, SDKs, and backend services.
• Implement authentication, push notifications, deep linking, payments, maps, and other mobile features.
• Optimize applications for performance, responsiveness, memory usage, and startup time.
• Identify and resolve complex technical issues, crashes, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
• Work with native Android/iOS capabilities and integrate native modules when required.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and project managers.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the development team.
• Participate in technical discussions, requirement analysis, estimation, and solution design.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of professional experience in React Native development.
• Strong hands-on experience with React Native, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Excellent understanding of React Hooks, Functional Components, Props, State, Context API, and component lifecycle.
• Strong experience with Redux/Redux Toolkit, Zustand, Context API, or other state-management solutions.
• Expertise in React Navigation, FlatList, SectionList, forms, validations, and responsive UI development.
• Strong experience integrating REST APIs, JSON, authentication, and third-party APIs/SDKs.
• Good knowledge of AsyncStorage, SQLite, Realm, or other local storage solutions.
• Experience with Firebase, FCM, Crashlytics, Analytics, and push notifications.
• Knowledge of Deep Linking, Universal Links/App Links, and mobile authentication.
• Understanding of Android and iOS application architecture and native development concepts.
• Experience with Git, GitHub/GitLab, branching strategies, and code reviews.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Architecture & Performance

• Strong understanding of Clean Architecture, MVVM, modular architecture, or similar approaches.
• Experience building scalable and maintainable mobile applications.
• Ability to identify and resolve memory leaks, rendering issues, unnecessary re-renders, and performance bottlenecks.
• Good understanding of asynchronous programming, Promises, async/await, and event-driven programming.
• Experience optimizing API calls, images, lists, application startup, and overall app performance.

Good to Have

• Experience with native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C).
• Experience developing and integrating custom Native Modules and Platform APIs.
• Knowledge of payment gateway, Google Maps, camera, location, and other device integrations.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications.
• Familiarity with automated testing using Jest, React Native Testing Library, or similar tools.
• Experience publishing and maintaining applications on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Knowledge of Fastlane, CodePush/OTA updates, or similar deployment tools.

Education

• B.E./B.Tech/BCA/MCA or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
