- Handle
inbound and outbound calls for the NGO calling process
- Connect
with potential donors/supporters and explain the NGO’s initiatives
- Address
basic queries professionally and maintain positive communication
- Follow
up with interested callers as per the process
- Update
call details, responses, and follow-up status in the system
- Achieve
daily and monthly calling targets
