We’re looking for a passionate Android Developer to join our growing team and contribute to building scalable, secure, and innovative applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable Android code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Implementing mobile application UI using modern Android tools and design patterns.
• Work on bug fixing, performance optimization, and improving application efficiency.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with the team.
• Build and manage APIs and data integrations from backend services to the mobile app.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Handle issues related to mobile device compatibility, memory optimization, and app responsiveness.
• Write unit tests and conduct regular testing to ensure high-quality standards.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in Android development.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• 2 to 4 years of professional experience in Android development.
• Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different Android versions, and how to deal with different screen sizes and densities.
• Proficiency in Java or Kotlin programming languages.
• Experience with Android architecture patterns (e.g., MVVM, MVP, MVC).
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to backend services.
• Experience working with third-party libraries and APIs.
• Familiarity with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.
• Experience with modern Android tools like Retrofit, OkHttp, Glide, or Picasso for image loading.
• Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles for Android applications.
• Proficient in using Android Studio and related tools for debugging and testing.
• Knowledge of version control systems like Git.

• Experience with Kotlin Coroutines and Flow for managing asynchronous tasks.
• Familiarity with Jetpack libraries (e.g., Navigation, LiveData, ViewModel, Room, WorkManager).
• Experience with integrating push notifications and Firebase.
• Knowledge of continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools.
• Familiarity with Android testing frameworks like JUnit, Espresso, or UI Automator.
• Experience with Firebase and analytics tools for monitoring app usage and performance.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
