Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 3–5 years of experience to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience gathering and analyzing requirements, preparing functional documentation, collaborating with stakeholders, and supporting software development projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and development teams to define project scope and objectives.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, and use cases.
• Conduct requirement elicitation sessions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and developers to ensure business requirements are accurately implemented.
• Support Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Assist the QA team in preparing test scenarios and validating delivered functionality.
• Perform gap analysis, process mapping, and workflow documentation.
• Manage requirement traceability and support change request analysis.
• Ensure timely delivery of project documentation and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects.
• Strong experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and use cases.
• Good understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.
• Knowledge of process modeling tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or Draw.io.
• Basic understanding of SQL and REST APIs is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• CBAP, ECBA, PMI-PBA, or Scrum certification is an added advantage
