As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be a key member of our team. You will create responsive, high-performance user interfaces and work closely with backend teams to deliver seamless product experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirement-gathering sessions with clients and stakeholders.
• Understand business objectives, challenges, workflows, and functional requirements.
• Analyze and document complex business requirements and translate them into technical/functional specifications.
• Prepare and maintain BRD, FRD, SRS, User Stories, Use Cases, Acceptance Criteria, and Functional Specifications.
• Create detailed process flows, workflows, wireframes, UML diagrams, and system documentation.
• Act as a bridge between clients, business stakeholders, and technical development teams.
• Communicate requirements clearly to developers, QA engineers, UI/UX designers, and project managers.
• Identify requirement gaps, dependencies, risks, assumptions, and potential impacts.
• Manage requirement changes and ensure proper impact analysis and documentation.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Work with Product Owners and Project Managers to prioritize requirements and maintain product/project backlogs.
• Support QA teams in preparing test scenarios and validating functionality against business requirements.
• Participate in UAT, coordinate stakeholder feedback, and support issue resolution.
• Conduct product demonstrations and requirement walkthroughs for clients and internal teams.
• Monitor project requirements throughout the SDLC to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Mentor junior Business Analysts and contribute to improving business analysis processes.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT/software development environment.
• Strong experience in requirement gathering, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent knowledge of BRD, FRD, SRS, User Stories, Use Cases, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience handling client meetings and requirement discussions independently.
• Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to convert complex business requirements into clear functional specifications.
• Strong understanding of business processes, workflows, and software application functionality.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and priorities simultaneously.

Technical Knowledge

• Good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, web applications, and mobile applications.
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases for data validation and analysis.
• Experience using Postman or similar API testing tools.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Trello, or similar tools.
• Experience creating process diagrams and UML diagrams using tools such as Draw.io, Lucidchart, Visio, or similar.
• Knowledge of wireframing/prototyping tools such as Figma or Balsamiq.
• Basic understanding of QA processes, test cases, UAT, and defect management.
