1. Inbound & Outbound Calling
Handle incoming inquiries from prospective elite clients with professionalism and warmth.
Make outbound calls to leads generated through referrals, events, and marketing campaigns.
Qualify prospects by understanding their background, preferences, and matrimonial requirements.
Schedule consultations and appointments with Relationship Managers for further engagement.
2. Client Profiling & Data Management
Gather accurate client information and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
Ensure all data is handled with strict confidentiality—never stored on public platforms.
Update client interaction logs and follow-up schedules meticulously.
3. Relationship Building
Build rapport with prospective clients by demonstrating empathy, active listening, and deep understanding of their needs.
Educate callers about our services, verification processes, and exclusive matchmaking approach.
Address initial queries and concerns with clarity and confidence.
4. Follow-Ups & Lead Nurturing
Conduct regular follow-up calls to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel.
Remind clients of upcoming appointments, verification visits, and events.
Escalate complex queries to Relationship Managers or senior leadership as needed.
5. Feedback & Reporting
Document customer feedback, objections, and market insights for continuous improvement.
Prepare daily/weekly call reports and share performance metrics with management.
Contribute to refining scripts and communication strategies.
6. Brand Representation
Represent Ultra Rich Match with professionalism, poise, and discretion at all times.

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Communications, Business, Psychology preferred).

Proven track record of achieving call targets and converting leads.
